You will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged.

Billing and Renewal: Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by accessing the Stripe Customer Portal. File Upload and Storage Terms

Allowed File Types: You may upload the following file types to your business profiles:

  • Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG (for logos, photos, cover images, and featured content)
  • Videos: MP4, WebM (for featured content)
  • Audio: MP3 (for featured content)
  • Documents: PDF (for featured content)

File Size Limits: Individual media files (images, videos, audio, documents) must not exceed 3MB in size. Files exceeding this limit will be rejected during upload. We reserve the right to modify file size limits at any time with notice.

Storage Location: All uploaded files are stored securely using Firebase Storage, a third-party cloud storage service provided by Google. Files are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Firebase's terms of service.

Storage Duration: Files will be stored for as long as your account is active and your business profiles remain deployed. Upon account termination or profile deletion, files may be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from account termination or file deletion.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload files containing:

  • Illegal content or content that violates any applicable laws
  • Copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Malicious code, viruses, or malware
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Pornographic, obscene, or offensive material
  • Content that violates our Terms of Service or community guidelines

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove or disable any uploaded files that violate these terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws. We may remove files without prior notice in cases of clear violations or security concerns.

Backup Responsibility: While we maintain backups of your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, account termination, or file deletion.

Account Verification and Management

We use Firebase Authentication for account management and email verification.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Status: Your account may be in one of the following states:

  • Active: Your account is verified and in good standing
  • Inactive: Your account has been deactivated by you or by us
  • Suspended: Your account has been temporarily suspended due to violations or payment issues
  • Terminated: Your account has been permanently terminated

Account Deactivation: You may deactivate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deactivation, your business profiles may become inaccessible, and your subscription may be cancelled. We may also deactivate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, fail to maintain payment, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Service, illegal activity, fraud, or abuse of our services. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your business profiles may be removed.

Admin Access: Administrators of mybizsignal.com have access to user accounts and business profile data for the purposes of customer support, account management, security monitoring, and service administration. Admin access is limited to what is necessary for these purposes and is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Data Access After Termination: Upon account termination or deactivation, you may request access to your data for a limited period (typically 30 days). After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. We are not obligated to retain your data after account termination.

User-Generated Tracking Codes and Analytics

Our platform allows users to add third-party analytics and tracking codes to their business profiles. If you choose to add tracking codes to your profile, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any tracking codes you add to your profile comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy requirements.
  • Consent Requirements: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from visitors to your profile where required by law. You must provide appropriate disclosures about tracking technologies used on your profile.
  • Whitelist Restrictions: Only tracking codes from whitelisted analytics providers are permitted. We maintain a security whitelist of legitimate analytics providers. Tracking codes from non-whitelisted providers will be automatically blocked or removed.
  • Security and Validation: All tracking codes are subject to automated validation and sanitization. We reserve the right to remove or disable any tracking codes that violate our security policies, these Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
  • Third-Party Liability: You acknowledge that mybizsignal.com has no access to or control over data collected by third-party tracking codes embedded in your profile. Any data collection, use, or sharing is governed by the privacy policies of the respective analytics providers and is your responsibility.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not use tracking codes to collect sensitive personal information without explicit consent, engage in fraudulent tracking, or violate any applicable privacy regulations. Violation of this provision may result in immediate removal of your tracking codes and/or termination of your account.
